Drawing Super Villains East + West
I did this couple of "Villains" themed drawings back in 2011, meant specifically for an article titled "Super-Villains of the East x West", as part of a two day "Super-Villain Weekend Extravaganza" series of theme-dedicated blogposts on the TOYSREVIL-blog (that was in turn a blog-sequel to "Superhero Sunday" earlier in the year).
They were first penciled and inked (in a sketchbook, before I changed to A5 blank cards for doodling), then photoshopped in the colours.
And because these were done for myself, purely for fun and experience, there was hardly any pressure to have this done, and in the end turned out to be a geek pleasure, in fact!
The "other" drawings done for "Super-Villain Weekend Extravaganza" was not as "fun" as I hoped it would be … but more on them in later posts :p
